I know I have typos…get over it! I may or may not go back and check my spelling, grammar or what not but when my brain is firing faster than my fingers can type, well…you are just lucky that it’s even legible then.

Most honored of Kittys, I have read of your experience with Verizon Customer Service with great interest. I too have issues with their product and have been largely unsuccessful in resplving the problems. It would seem that the honchos you referrred to in the blof have changed thir addresses and I cannot find a way to register my displeasure other than through their wevsite which will require me to edit my letter down to nothing. Might you have access to any updated addresses?
***Dave, sadly I have not had a need to keep an updated contact list for these folks. I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble though and I feel your pain. I suggest you try the website I got the numbers on in the first place: http://consumerist.com/consumer/top/14-verizon-executives-phone-numbers-239216.php just do a search on their site for any updates, or even better, contact them directly with your problem and they might even post it to the public and then you’ll have the power of the populace in your corner to help you!!!
